Hey BP! I know there is a requirement of 750 hours devoted to real estate investing in order to be classified as a professional real estate investor. Does anyone know if there is a threshold of properties you own and manage that also always that designation? For example, if you own and are actively involved in managing 20 units, would that suffice without tracking hours? Thanks for your help!

You should definitely keep learning about all the other strategies you mentioned. It’s commendable that you have goals and are aiming to achieve it. @John M. congratulations on taking the leap into real estate investing. There are a plethora of resources throughout BP on wholesaling. I would recommend getting educated on the process by reading as much as you can for a little bit, then networking with fellow investors and starting the business. You can get a lot of help from others, just by asking. (such as @Mateusz Prawdzik indicated). Good luck!
