Real estate professional designation?
Hey BP! I know there is a requirement of 750 hours devoted to real estate investing in order to be classified as a professional real estate investor.
Does anyone know if there is a threshold of properties you own and manage that also always that designation? For example, if you own and are actively involved in managing 20 units, would that suffice without tracking hours?
Thanks for your help!
