Jesse Meader you may want to email it and mail it regular mail to their address then. Of course if you can get a face-to-face meeting that is most effective.

@Paul Daniels those are the two methods most often used, but if you do not want to go conventional or hard money, you would either have to go with private financing, or using some personal lines of credit you may have. Have you applied for any types of microloans or any similar products?

Hi @Bryan Wasniewski welcome to BP! There are a ton of resources throughout this site, which I'm sure you will become familiar with. Are you looking at any strategies other than buy and hold? Are you looking in any specific markets for rental properties?

Hi Nathaniel Smith you should definitely find a lawyer who focuses on real estate and is familiar with wholesaling. You should ask them if they have done wholesale deals before and represented different buyers, sellers and wholesalers. Ask if they have done straight assignments or double closings and if they have a preference. Utilizing these few questions would give you a good idea of their experience. Good luck!

I agree with Brian Garrett that it depends on your goals and risk tolerance. Once you identify those you can pick a strategy that is best suited for you.

@Keith M. yes that is how I started. It can be profitable, but it's not as passive or "easy" as some would think. It also depends on your goals and intentions. What are you looking for? Have you interviewed any companies?
