Looks like some of the properties I find down here in Memphis TN, and turn into Diamonds in the Rough!! Looks like a bunch of FUN to me the thought of the finished product is what I always dream when I walk into houses like this.

I would not compare what Section 8 pays to what you can command from cash paying tenants.. Especially in these areas of Memphis ie 38109, 38126, 38106 etc.. Just based off my experience investing, renting, and living in these same areas. You will be fine...

I want to start looking into mailing list but I was worried this would happen to me also?? Spending too much money into marketing with little to no returns. any advice for me and @Keith Agnello
