NYC/LI Newbie
Hi all,
I am super green in REI and am just looking to get my feet wet in this industry. I am looking to start out investing in a buy and hold multi family rental in Queens, NY or Western Nassau, LI and can't wait to use what I learn here to help me achieve that goal. If things go well, I will continue acquiring properties but I'm just focusing on getting my first.
