Depends on your goals and what you want to accomplish.. I can name several different areas I would invest $100k but it will probably not match your goals, as some of the others have stated above.

PS: I should have put $100k on U-Con Men's Basketball to win the NCAA Championship.. 100 to 1 odds.. LOL!!!

I think you got yourself an AWESOME DEAL!! You will have all your money back that you put in it in less than 2 years. I wish I could find one here in that cheap with a Section 8 Tenant that's been there that long and paying $850 which is above market rent in a technically 2 Bed Room home!! Perfect BUY and HOLD deal in my books!!
