@Zierry Eme Carl T. Tagbas No requirements. But you have to ask for all of the county records not the city.

I usually get all of mine from the county records. I'm able to get every buyer in any county. I've noticed that all the other techniques that are mentioned here are time consuming and only get you a couple buyers instead of ALL the buyers.

Aggregate data from counties and filter them to get what I'm looking for.

Having a strong buyer list is important. If you have a strong buyers list you can pretty much wholesale any property of any asset class. Nothing is more disappointing then to have a contract expire because you couldn't find a buyer quick enough.

@Brandon Mix Seoul, South Korea is amazing. Hope you enjoyed MacDonalds delivery of Korean BBQ burgers. But If you are looking to move to a city that similar to that environment I would recommend big cities in Arizona and Texas. If you ever visited Busan, South Korea and you enjoy the beach area and that environment I would recommend the Carolinas with a sprinkle of Florida.

@Brad Ball I would personally get that list and recheck the entire database of county properties to see which properties have changed ownership and which ones haven't. I would only contact the ones that haven't changed ownership. This would only take about 10 minutes to do.

It depends on your county. No county should have papers. There should be a CD at the least. But even that's outdated.

@Alyssa Coffey this is not an OPRA. If you get the database I'm talking about the city and county officials won't help you😂. The database will tell you how much they owe and how long they have been delinquent. Depending on your county they would have a lot more information I mean a lot more!

@Alyssa Coffey My advice to you is to go down to the county and get the entire database of delinquent properties yourself. It'll have every property that is delinquent. Most of the time it's a huge file/folder depending on how your county stores it. It's free or less than a 100 dollars. I do this all the time in several counties.

Well you already requested the tax delinquent properties from your county. Motivated sellers should be in that .zip file. If you requested that large file from Harris county I would hope you have the computer capacity to filter it. If you do, everything is there besides extra property information and city list. There are more than enough leads in that file alone.
