Where to can you find reliable investors?

Good day to you all!

My name is Zierry Tagbas, I am currently located in Spokane, Washington State. I am part of US ARMY and just had a pause moment with college. I have always wanted to be part of the real estate game. I WANT to step up my game and actually put some action NOW. My biggest concern is to where I’m going to find the buyers/investors. Any advice for someone like me, who’s willing to take a leap?

Hey Zierry!

I also started building my cash buyer list just a few months ago.  There were a few main strategies that I used that helped a TON.

1.  I used www.propstream.com and www.listsource.com to pull lists of cash buyers, skip traced them, and then called them to ask them if they are looking for more investments and if they'd like to be on my buyers list.

2.  Facebook Groups/Craigslist -- We scraped these sites looking for people who responded to other deals/offers in our area and then Private Messaged them to see if they wanted to be on our list.

3.  HotPads/Zillow -- We went through the listings in our city of For-Rent-By-Owner properties to find landlords.  We then messaged them on the site to ask if they were looking for any more investments by any chance.

4. Local REIA meetings/local real estate auctions -- this will give you face-to-face time with many investors so that you can build your list this way.

Hope this helps, Zierry!
