Hello, my name is Corey and im new to real estate investing and im starting out on the wholesale end of real estate.

Im looking to do wholesale fulltime and willing to learn gain leads anything to help progress in my real estate career.

I'm not sure why people stress the cash buyer lists. People will either JV a deal for you, or you can easily sell the contract IF the numbers work. I'd just follow the YouTube rabbit hole.
