NY has hijacked small buisness owners. I would take a good look at the new tenant laws before considering.

Its all blown way oit of proportion. I would not let the government run my buisness.

if your sick or unhealthy. Stay home. If you look at the numbers , you have a better chance of dying from a snake bite in syracuse.🤔

I invest in Syracuse. I am selling my properties to move my money else where. The state favors tenants ,and having a lease is almost obsolete at this point. High cap x and terrible contractor.

Just a few of the negatives from this area. Hope that helps.

Why not invest in CO. ? Thats a hot market isn't it?

This thread will be hard pressed to find answers. This is my biggest problem , and assume most have the same.

contractors in Syracuse suck! If they are good , they know it and charge out the yoohoo.

these are my experiences. I do a lot of work myself because i end up doing it anyways.

sorry for the deflation.

It is rarely a good financial decision to replace the windows UNLESS, they are rotted, broken, or have otherwise failed. If you are trying to make your windows more efficient, look into storms (interior or exterior). Comparable performance for a much lower price.
