if you like cash flow continue to invest in the cuse. Definayely stay with a duplex and consider a 203 k loan of you are familiar with that.i did that with my first home and now have 72k in equity. The catch is you have to occupy the home for 2 yrs

I wouldn't partner on a buy and hold. Pay him a return on the money borrowed. Think of it this way . You will have to do twice as money deals to get to your goal.

just went under contract with a duplex in the North. There are good tenants in these areas just take your time in the screening process and yes wholesaling these leads might be your new nitch

one more thing Syracuse is great for buy and hold not much profit in flipping unless you look into tax auctions.

Here's your best piece of advise, there is so much info in books and FREE seminars and podcasts Dont spend money on so called guru investors classes.Good luck
