home advisor is another good site. But look to pay a little more because they are insured  and very reputable.

if you have a good tenant is 50$ worth trading them for one who pays late or doesn't pay at all? Maybe they cause complaints from the neighbors.  I say maybe 25$ is a little more reasonable, don't price yourself out of a good tenant. Just a different opinion then the other posts.

Getting rich off the taxpayers,  while the government enables drug addicts. And I'm sure you live in a section 8 neighborhood don't you. I see it everyday, it's a flawed system and your at the head of it. Good job!

I bought my first 2 unit 2 yrs. Ago and still have the same tenants because I called their employers and held an open house posted on craigslist.  I had the option of choosing the best tenant  and as you can see it is paying off. Good luck investors

There is a 4 unit in overlay posted on craigs list, full rehab. If your ok with section 8 there is a lot in baltimore.  Research your areas and consider putting management in place
