Definitely have tried that route and prefer that route whenever possible. Even that part has shown little success. Although  do know the summer months have a part to play in this limited Inventory

Are other people noticing the tight Inventory in these parts of GA as well? I'm a buyer in this area but it seems like inventory is slim and prices in the area are not making sense for the Inventory out there. Was there a sudden change in the market or am I simply not using the right sources to find Inventory here?

Thanks @Adam Abdel-Hafez . Does Citiside have experience with larger multi families? I'm familiar with them on the SFH front but want to make sure the Company has the expertise in the larger unit area and re-positioning.

Hey all,

I am planning on raising money from friends and very close family for an apartment building, but I want to come across as professional. I believe creating a sample deal investing deck would put in me in the right position to do that. 

Does anyone have an example of a sample real estate investing deck I could take a look at?
