Investing Decks for Raising Money

Hey all,

I am planning on raising money from friends and very close family for an apartment building, but I want to come across as professional. I believe creating a sample deal investing deck would put in me in the right position to do that. 

Does anyone have an example of a sample real estate investing deck I could take a look at?
