Hey all,

Would anyone know where I could find sample templates for investing decks that I would use to pitch and possibly raise money? I am setting up to purchase a multi family unit and I want to be able to present to the 3 people I reach to a formal deck that would explain the project. But want to see if people on here have templates on things that would be helpful for me to add.

My insurance for my property will be canceled in the next 5 days and I need a replacement. The property is located in the Lithonia Ga area. Anyone have an idea on where or how I can get a replacement?

On the same note, will also need a new AC unit for the house. I have an initial quote for a 2 ton AC unit ($2,450) but that is way high. I purchased a 3 ton unit for one of my other houses this year for less than this. Does anyone have any referrals that I should look into for new AC purchase and installations? 

It seems like 2017 will be a changing of the guard for some of my team.
