Great investment,

How Little Havanna appreciation is now? What do you think of Hialeah for gentrification?

Sincerely,

Claudio Salvatorelli

A good percentage of tenants have pets, and as long as they pay rent is good to keep them around.  I recommend getting a pet-friendly product so everybody is happy.

It is great that you jump into REI and are looking to clean that mobile home park.

God bless

I started in late 2019 buying some raw land in California. I am still new and humble, learning every day a little bit more using the Kaizen Method. I am working on my RE license right now and planning to use it towards income maker and closing my own deals (saving money). I realized that Real Estate is a good business and decided to jump in, just by thinking how much I paid over the years to my landlords.

I know that the Cleveland market is great. If you are doing out of state and using Cali money plus using property management that's a great idea.

Good luck,

Matthew,

"A journey of a thousand steps starts with just a single step".

My humble recommendation is to go for it,

Wish you good luck.

@Joshua McMillion

I agree technology is playing an important role in working from home (most of the people). Now homes are a place to live and work combined.  Great point that the goals you set are aligned with the five SMART criteria.

Do you have a security deposit from the renters? Sometimes you can call it Abandonment and claim for the deposit for breaking the lease. This can give you time and one or two months' rent while finding a new tenant as well.

Hope this helps,

Hey Charles,

Amazing topic because right now we are living similar situation with all the pandemics. I found this interesting video NYU REPORT SIMILARITIES 1929/2020

After listening to the video, I have some initial takeouts like:

>Macroeconomics shows similar data to economic data from 1929 to 2020.

>We can describe pre-pandemic / during the pandemic / after the pandemic.

>Technological disruption in 2020 it's similar to the 1929 start of the automobile era.

Cheers,

Claudio Salvatorelli
