Hello Amir,

I used the CE Shop. Good price and it's a great course overall.

Good luck,

Hey Bobby,

That's great that you are starting into the RE Game. I recommend asking for the rent rolls and estoppel certificates. This will help you make sure what are the terms of the leases more in-depth.

Hope this helps,

Claudio Salvatorelli

Did you guys get his # Contractor registered license?

Looks good, if your numbers are accurate it can be an opportunity.

I recommend using the free BP Calculator this might help you to crunch some numbers.

Good luck,

Claudio Salvatorelli

I Agree with @Dan H., all of the San Diego areas are highly valuable and Chula Vista is the second-largest city in the San Diego metropolitan area, the seventh-largest city in Southern California. I used to live both in F Street near South Bay Harbor and Eastlake.

At the moment the City of Chula Vista is developing the next Bayfront Project https://www.portofsandiego.org...) The plan is to renovate, build and gentrify the area just as San Diego Harbor couple of miles north or less than 20 minutes drive.

Good luck with your buy.

Yes, we went to a tiny house in Joshua Tree. Space was not a lot but the experience was great. I recommend checking @Casita Conejo this will give you some ideas.

Cheers,

Hello Jessica,

I recommend contacting the Property Management directly or the Landlords and explain the situation. They should be considerate and give you a solution and keep your business as well.

Hope this helps,

Claudio.

I will buy more rentals. Think like Rich Uncle Pennybags.

Remember that patience is key. If you rush maybe everything goes smoothly, or maybe it will cost you more money out of your pocket to remove an unwanted tenant.

Hello Andrea,

There are a couple of friends that I worked with before who might help you. However, most of them are busy in La Jolla area. PM if you need the number of one of the contractors.

Cheers
