@Jeff B. thanks for that info because me being a current resident of North Carolina I automatically assumed you could just pick up some property than get paid later to move because a future business owner or team needing the property. Sound like that may not be the case

After hearing the news of the Rams moving to LA it made me think about how the nets moving to Brooklyn impacted the real estate in that area. I wish I was in a better financial position to take advantage of the Rams moving to inglewood, However what are the impacts of a professional team moving to a area change real estate economics?  And how can someone capitalize on the Rams moving to inglewood?

for the past few years I've been a single family wholesaler but in 2016 my goal is to take advantage of mobile homes. Because I wanted to know how is the financing for mobile home? Is it strict requirements? An can you get a small loan under 10k for mobile homes?

@Scott Carder thanks for the feedback, allow me to add a few more details since the word "rough" is relative . I've actually already went out to the property yesterday with no problems. However after seeing a beer can on the ground I just thought I would ask has anyone used any options in the event I run across anything. But I definitely agree with your statement about avoiding homes in bad areas regardless how good it may look on paper

Has anyone ever used a police or any type of security to view a vacant home In a rough neighborhood? Since in most vacant homes there may be squatters or other trespassing individuals
