Jeff Wallenius ok that's understandable so would it be safe to say that Redfin in more accurate in estimating home value? Because Zillow says 54k and Redfin says 65k if you were in my shoes would you take the Redfin home value?

Since im not a realtor with access to the mls when im preparing to make a offer on a home as a wholesaler I use a few websites. Are there any great ways or websites to get the most accurate comps of a home? Because the current home im researching thru zillow(zestimate) was very different than the redfin comp. if you could help please leave a comment or message.

while having a recent deal close that was deeply under market value and very cheap it me thinking about possibly doing some small fix and flips or buy and holds in the future. With that being said as a wholesaler are there anyways for me to use a asset based lender to possibly invest in a property in the future? How much could I anticipate putting down as a down payment? How much does the fico score matter? Laslty what would make the deal be appealing to a asset based lender considering I dont have experience in a fix & flip or buy and holds?

@Sam Wilson the attorney and owner of the land of which the home is on have been talking for the past few weeks an I was told that it's a fixable problem. The two homes have been there since around the 70's. I was just wondering if it was a process that would take months to fix.

While doing a deal we noticed that the home being sold is over the parcel line, I'm curious if anyone has experienced this before and had any success in closing the deal? Also could you tell me what the process was like an what the time frame is or was to fix the problem of a home being over the parcel line?
