Hey I hope all of you are doing with both personally and in your business. I was reaching out to you because of the advice you guys gave me in the past which I thank you for again. My current question is I'm currently in talks with a local park that has handyman special mobile homes that need rehab for sale from 250 to 1000 dollars. I realize the cost of moving the trailer would need to be taking into consideration. So my question is if you were in my shoes how would you take advantage of these mobile homes?

@Claire Trammellthanks for that advice, I actually watched a few YouTube videos an came away with some info. They brought up high equity absentee owners and eviction absentee owners were the landlord is evicting someone but the landlord is out of state. I'm actually planning to drive for dollars to get some more exclusive deals

@Ross Denman@Claire Trammellthank you both for your comment. After reading your comments I'm realizing the importance of consistency so because of that I think 500 would be best for me because I know that would be something I know I could do on a consistent basis. If my goal is to stick with 500 postcard for now should I have a very specific market I'm trying to hit? I was thinking inherited owners and high equity absentee owners or Do you have any suggested markets I should try to hit with 500 postcards?

I had a few question in regards   To creating a effective  mailing list.

1. Should I focus on consistency or amount per mailing campaign?

2. Is 500 a decent amount?

3. The best leads to mail too?

4. How often to mail?

5. The most affordable website/company to do a mailing campaign with?

@Ken Rishel@Account Closedthank you for that feedback

it really depends on how far your moving it an the difficulty it take to move it. For the one my size going under 50 miles It should be around 800 dollars
