@Brandon Hall @Dave Toelkes thank you both for reaching out. I'm currently in the process of wholesaling a deal were it has 2 homes on one parcel that has been vacant for 4 years with around 8 thousand in back taxes. The sellers has agreed to pay the back taxes once we close at his current asking price of 30k. However me and my partner are seeing if we can negotiate the seller down to around 20k. So one of my strategies is to see if I can get gaston county to settle for less than the property owes because the less the seller has to pay of the back taxes at closing the more likely they are to come down from there current 30k price. So I was wondering if you guys knew how strict gaston county is with taxes? Or any creative ways to settle in pay less back taxes in gaston county?

I'm currently in the process of wholesaling a deal that has back taxes of around 8,000. The property has been vacant for 4 years. The seller agreed to pay the back taxes if we close but I was wondering can I use the back taxes as a way to lower the sellers asking price of 30k? any creative ways to use the current owed taxes to lower the selling price?

With so many retail stores having Black Friday sales, I was wondering if there were any great real estate based sales?
