@Andriy Boychuk @John Fedro @John Turner @Kyle Grimm @Ali Boone @Curt Smith @Lila Matessino @Adam Schneider @Troy Gravett @Bill Neves

I hope you all had a great Easter with your family and have been doing great in your real estate business. In the past I posted a question on here an got great feedback, so I decided to post a question. I previously ran across a mobile home park that was selling discount mobile homes but unfortunately things didn't go as planned. So while selling a mobile home last week I came across a park manager of a few mobile home parks in my area. She is really looking for a mobile home to put In her park. I currently only have a background in wholesaling stick built homes an this year decided to start wholesaling mobile homes. My first deal I accepted a referral fee but from now on I want to get homes under contract. Is it difficult to get mobile homes under contract? Can you use transactional funding? Lastly if your close to the area an would like to help me get the home under contract I would split the profit 50/50

@Mark VejnarI would have to get back in contact with my partner to have all those details

@Wayne Brooksthank for the advice

@Brandon Battleyea the home is vacant for at least 10 years so I'm hoping that will play a role in them settleing due to those years of neglect of the property.

The home next to my friends home has been vacant for years so I did some research an saw that the home owners association currently owns the property. I did some more research on the property an saw that a bank still had a mortgage on the property. The home owner association told me they are interested in selling but I would have to figure out the loan/lein situation with the home. So I was wondering if there was a possibility of the bank settling the current mortgage owned on the property?
