Hello BP members!

I'm asking you all for your help in my quest in finding a lender that would be interested in working with me on a small setback I have in landing my first investment property deal.

Here is the story.. I can only show the banks one year of tax returns since I have only had my business for a little over a year. I have heard that some leander only require 1 year and others want 3 years in business. I have talked with a few brokers and banks and I'm getting mixed opinions.

Also currently working with 3 investors that are ready to pull the trigger on there next flip. So far the numbers have just not worked for them. Very Soon I will be ready to do my own investing with a REI partner...

@Thomas Franklin Thank you as well for all the great question. I'm always asking what questions to ask as I meet with new investors and have come up short with question. I have came to the decision that when I meet with new investors I'm interviewing them as if I was interviewing myself. I want honest answers..
