Hello BP Investors!

My name is Michael. I'm 27 and currently working full-time as a Registered Nurse. I'm currently specialized in Peri-Operative Nursing and working for the U.S. Army. I have been humbled and in awe of the BP community. Utilizing this forum can provide almost unlimited resources and guidance for me to start my journey in REI.

I'm very much interested in the Buy-and-Hold aspect of REI, with the goal of attaining 5 properties within 10 years. I currently have 1 SFH in Lacey. I have been looking primarily in Lacey and Dupont, Washington with the intent of returning back to Washington after I retire from the Army.

However, my dream is to be back home in sunny side San Diego. Once I can accomplish my goal of attaining and maintaining 5 rental properties in Lacey/Dupont, I will certainly find a wonderful property to permanently call home!

I will definitely learn a lot from you all, but most importantly, I will be humbled to enjoy this journey. I hope to hear from you all soon and listen to all of your experiences!
