Looking for a lender in Thurston Co.

Hello BP members!

I'm asking you all for your help in my quest in finding a lender that would be interested in working with me on a small setback I have in landing my first investment property deal.

Here is the story.. I can only show the banks one year of tax returns since I have only had my business for a little over a year. I have heard that some leander only require 1 year and others want 3 years in business. I have talked with a few brokers and banks and I'm getting mixed opinions.
