Good morning everyone! Very excited to attend my fist Oly Meetup. I'm constantly asked if I would take on projects outside of Thurston Co. and my response is the same. Happy to for the right project. For two years I traveled all over Western WA and spent plenty of time in traffic. I'm sure eveyone can understand why I would prefer to stay in Thurston Co. Its going to be nice to hear the conversations close to home. @Naomi Pinger Thank you! @Naomi Pinger I had been wondering about the Meetup and figured I would ask about it. Dirty Dave's is a great spot for a Meetup. I go there often for the lunch special. I'm happy to attend and here about everyones thoughts and ideas. I have a few names I will pass this onto as well.

@Tom G. I look forward to the next podcast. This past weekend I started listening to the very first episode and now I'm finding myself turning of the music and turning on the podcasts... I looked into a few properties in Hoquiam but a seasoned investor advised me to stay away. Thoughts?

@Benjamin Allen When I started out in remodeling I ask, ask, asked questions. There is no dumb questions and if there is I don't care. I still find myself asking other contractors I see in the box stores if I have a question or just want to back up my thoughts. I live by the words "if I don't open my mouth you wont get feed"...
