@Jorie Aulston  I'd LOVE to get a hold of that assignable contract as well!!! I have an investor friendly agent. Just purchased my first duplex in one of the many revitalizing neighborhoods in Detroit :)  I wouldn't mind wholesaling some also to pay myself back!! Used my own $$ Now it's gone hahaha  Thanks so much everyone here for sharing.

HI ALL!!! Anyone out there in NJ preferably Mercer County or Monmouth that know of Title Companies that are investor friendly and can do simultaneous closings? In case I get an non assignable contract from REO etc etc. Thanks, and any input is appreciated except sarcasm. ;)
