HI ALL!!! Anyone out there in NJ preferably Mercer County or Monmouth that know of Title Companies that are investor friendly and can do simultaneous closings? In case I get an non assignable contract from REO etc etc. Thanks, and any input is appreciated except sarcasm. ;)
