If you decide to sell and would like a second opinion, I would be happy to do a comparative market analysis as well as explain the benefits a good agent can bring. Best of luck on your decision!

If your other falls through, let me know. I have a few clients always looking for duplexes in B/CS as well as myself. As far as the rest, a good accountant and lawyer can save you lots of time, hassle and money. Whoever you decide to go with, ask for references and do your due diligence. Chris Peterson, who owns Aggieland Title Co. has helped two of my clients recently with their 1031's. He is who I would recommend for the attorney.

Best of luck to you!

James Marszalek because of that analogy you are now my hero. I have saved this and will continue to read it when I feel I'm being driven backwards. You are a wise man. Shoot me a message if you do any mentoring.

@Wade Lawrence ,

I know you said Austin/SA, but if you ever steer towards the Bryan/College Station market, I am currently working with a few wholesalers, networking and building a database. I would be happy to answer any questions or just chat about our market.

No one else has reached out to me from the BP community in my private inbox either since i posted this question. Now that I think about, I will make it a main question post on the pros board see what I get from it.

 Interested to hear the responses. Please post them here.
