@Nathan G. Yes agreed would need to figure out if it's worth it. Since it would be STR I would consider putting more valuable furniture for master bedroom etc not sure if I wanted to have renters use this, but again I could be losing too much income so I would need to run numbers... thank you

For STR , I am looking at a property which is a 5bedroom, 4 bath, but wanted to keep personals in the master bedroom/ bathroom and keep it locked, and only market it as a 4 bedroom.

Is this ok? Has anyone ever done this? Is this common ?

I understand I may lose some clients with less bedrooms but would make some things easier on my end personally. Any guidance is appreciated thank you.

Hello,

How do I most accurately calculate my my monthly capex?

I am looking at my first investment SFH.

Ac/roof were done a few years ago. Updated interior so no major upgrades needed in the short term.

How am I able to somewhat accurately calculate my capex knowing this information?
