I’m looking to add some blue tooth speakers for indoor space and outdoor pool patio for short term rental home.

Question about refinancing to get equity back after purchasing land for an investment property.

Let’s say you purchase land cash 100k

You hire builder who builds home that costs you 400k.

How can you get your equity back from the 100k land with your mortgage?

Do you get a regular mortgage on home that appraised at 500 k? But that still does not get you your 100k of land back?
