@Account Closed Ray is exactly on point. I got my windows and my cabinets for my last flip from Castle And Home Depot couldn’t touch the price

@Brian Adkins Yea There still decent neighborhoods. An I honestly don’t know PG county well I’ve started some wholesaling down towards the 495 area but I don’t know the market enough To give you a suggestion. I mostly focus on Baltimore and Annapolis Areas

@Brian Adkins my few rentals are in Waverly and Belair Edison other than that in the city cedonia, Patterson Park/Hopkins, Hamilton are some of my favorite good rental areas with a decent amount of homeowners in the mix

@Jamie Anderson yes I invest in Baltimore primary , I do flips and wholsale between flips.  The last few properties I’ve wholesaled in the Patterson park and Hopkins (limited) area have been flippers

If your willing to go a bit further into the city you can get good stuff at castle wholesaler great for kitchens and bathrooms.you can also try second chance and the loading doc (my personal favorite)
