Are MULTI-UNITS (2-4) rentals cash flowing in Baltimore?
Hey! I am looking for good cash-flow in Baltimore through 2-4 unit properties. How is the the Baltimore market for multi-units concerning cash-flow?

There are currently 16 Duplex building in Baltimore for sale. Prices ranging from 100-250.
There are currently 17 Triplex (3units) and three 4 unit buildings for sale. Prices ranging from 100-300.
