What are the hot areas to invest in around Baltimore Areas now?
Hello everyone . I'm getting back into the business and looking to see what are the hot areas around Baltimore(All counties) and City that people are having success with for Rehabbing and cash flowing rentals. Zip codes or neighborhoods would be ideal.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
