@Brian Badolato Any update on your multifamily experience? I am attending the 3 day event in a couple weeks. Did you pursue it and close any deals?

I am checking out their 3 day event starting Feb 29th. Anyone that has attended have any feedback? I am not spending $40k on their next step, but this looked like a good investment ($1500 and a money back offer).

Post: Should Buyer and Seller Communicate?

Sure, they can communicate with one another...IF you know you can trust both individuals, and they do not attempt to cut you out. This is rarely the case, so I think you know where I'm going with this. If you are a professional and do your job, there is NEVER  a need for buyer and seller to communicate. Ever.

During our time doing residential wholesaling, we focused on direct mail. We saw consistent double digit response rates across several different markets. The price per lead was minimal. The key here is....DO IT. Do not think too much. Action will reap your results, whatever they are. Make mistakes and learn from them. If you are consistent, you will be successful. Good luck!

Sultan,

Any of the three are good. When we did residential, we focused on absentee. We always had a very high response rate. Message me if you are interested in sources for lists. All the best!

Just create your own! You will probably have to go through a few before you find what you are looking for. When we focus on residential, we pair two or three VAs with podio. They make calls, get all pertinent information, even make soft offers if seller is open. It's work to setup, but once you train, you should see results.

Too much to post. Be transparent with the seller. Stand firm on your fair price. Make sure your repair numbers are accurate...

My opinion is you have two options, either take massive action and submerse yourself in everything wholesaling, (there is plenty of info out there), or pay the $300 if this guy can actually show you some sort of value...material, step by step, ect. Heck, we even have a course that we offer to folks, but I'll be honest, if you are a action taker, you can learn most of it by doing! All the best to you Delmas.

"Do you buy real estate to make a good profit?" I get paid for my services the same way"." If you are happy with the deal, my fee is never the issue."
