Hey everyone!

For those of you who attend your local REIA meetings every month, how much value do you take away from them? Just wondering because I just attended my first meeting and I thought it was awesome. Really informative and casual. 

I was just wondering because I know of individuals who say that their REIA meetings are kind of a waste of time. I guess it depends for each person but I'd love to know how these meetings have affected your business. -Claire

What's up everyone!

I'm planning on posting flyers/post-it notes all over my farm area later tonight. Everything cost me around $5, and I didn't even pay for the flyers. I'm trying to figure out more creative ways I can market. I've obviously been doing my research on BP but just thinking about all the different ways I can market my company excites me lol. Let me know what y'all think!!

What's up everyone!

So today I went to city hall to look up probate leads. Everything was on the computer so the selection process was a little weird. The closest words I could find that most likely meant "Probate" were either "execution", or "disregarded execution". There were a bunch of different options so I'm definitely forgetting most of them.  I'm not sure exactly what term I should have used so I panicked and bought around 20 names which were under "Foreclosure Notices". I remembered reading on here about people sourcing out these kinds of leads so I went with it. I'm going to add it to my mail list along with the names I accumulated yesterday from driving for dollars (If you want to see me driving for dollars, I posted a YouTube video of the process. I'll link it down below). Has anyone ever been in this situation before? Thanks for all the help, I'll make sure to keep updating y'all on my real estate journey through those videos).
