Hello everyone, I stumbled upon this site through google and I am glad that I did. My name is Charlie and I am from South Jersey. I currently own my home with a good amount of equity as well as a duplex that I just purchased to rehab and rent out. I just finished a flip and it should be on the market next week. I work full time and I am working with real estate on the side. I am finding it hard to make time as I work 50-60 hours a week and I have done all of the repairs on my flip. I am looking for information on contractors and budgeting as well as financing. How to obtain financing would have to be the biggest thing I would like to learn from this site. Thanks everyone!
