That is located up near Intercontinental Airport.... not the best part of town.....

I will be surprised if they actually en up holding these properties that long. I guess only time will tell.

I have not been able to locate any real fact numbers, however, a real estate agent I know has a few of them that buys EVERY listing she gets!! She says they are buying them up in pools.

I watch the foreclosure listings and MLS closely and the good properties are bought up as fast as they get listed. This can't possibly be from owner occupants.

This was on our local new last night. What they failed to tell people was that the "buyers" are Hedge Funds.

So this brings me to wonder what economical impact this is going to have in the near future? Is the market being flooded with rental property by the hedge funds going to drive rental rates down? Are we headed for a sharp increase in purchase prices? Is inflation on the horizon?
