Hello Everyone,

I am new to Real Estate Investing and I am looking into several different strategies, rehab and flip is my main interest. I have been hearing more and more people discussing "Wholesaling" and I came across thewholesalecoach.com. Has anyone used this website? Is it free or does it provide useful information?

Thanks

Justin

Ok for some reason my reply got posted before I was done.
Long story short: they wanted about $1400 for the coaching program.
I'm not saying that it's not worth it, but I wasn't too thrilled abut their delivery on trying to get me sold on it. It just seemed a little disingenuous and meant for more naive people.
The other thing is that he was always putting other people's methods down. Every time some other person's system or training was mentioned it was like "oh that guy doesn't know what he's talking about but we do". To me that's a total turn off. If you have to deride other people to make yourself look good, there's probably a deficiency in your own thing.
