@Casey Crowe no comps in area , it’s commercial in a B class area . The single family homes in the area sell for 300k but really can’t compare that to this 5 plex

I’m just curious on the Fayetteville ga market I never hear anyone talk about it & I was wondering how the buy & hold investing was in that area

I’m in the Atlanta area ( Douglasville ga ) to be exact. I’m looking for a cpa account, who know real estate investing very well. If anyone knows anyone, let me know, thanks.
