I drove on Moreland ave between I-20 toward 285 and I notice that the whole block in for sale , A lot of the homes have Been renovated, some are selling for the High 300s but they have been on the market for a long time, I’m wondering why, I’m really more curious about that area

Hi @Ola Olusoga I have also done the same I use to drive for dollars every weekend for like all of last year & some of the year earlier & I have seen a huge change in what a person could buy a property in those area especially grove park.

If bought right & your team can rehab at a fair cost you can definitely brrrr if that’s something you was looking to do , if just wanting to flip you can do that also but may take a little longer

I’m In Douglasville ga , not too far from Birmingham al and I was curious about the market in that city. I see really low cost home purchase, so I assume the cash flow is there , and I was wanting to hear what the market was like , pro & cons if anyone had any experience in the area

I guess my definition of a war zone is a area that most property management companies will turn down to manage or if you haven’t bought the property will most likely tell you that it’s probably a bad idea to purchase kinda how bp would to do about Detroit back In the day when Josh Dorkin would to be on the podcast , but it’s seems like we all seen the show that Ashley Hamilton was on & it seems like she was able to actually make it work & be very profitable, one thing I did notice was she was very hands on I believe
