I had bed bug issues before , it's the tenants liability until it migrated to another unit then it's landlord responsibility.

Cost me over $1500 and 6 months of trial and error before I was able to get good at killing them 😔 Not sure if that's a good thing but there are many products some work better then others but one thing for sure is don't let it become an infestation it's a lot of work 

Try contacting credit bureaus about this issue

1. I have to agree, a lot of times tenants won't use fan so hard wire them 

2. Another issue is they use fan and turn it off right after they are done and bathroom is still humid and steamy

3. Or on off chance that the fan doesn't vent outside or it's a large bathroom with a weak fan that can't push enough CFM

keep cash flowing, there's no rush your doing good no need to play leap frog when your plan is working, before you know it you will be right where you want to be and without taking heavy risks

Ask your bank about refinancing options since you don't have a mortgage 

call your bank and see if you can get a heloc,with no mortgage it shouldn't be a problem 

if your a first time home buyer I wouldn't think there would be a problem with getting 3.5% financing 

If it was me I would continue to go corporate since making a six-figure salary will really ramp up your ventures for a few more years at least, it's served you well so far, your doing pretty outstanding 

how old were the door knobs?1.5 years with current tenants + how many years before that?
