@Gabriela Tassara sounds like he's wholesaling an MLS property and wants you to help bring a buyer. If he's the end buyer than he may be asking you to do something more "grey" if he's asking for you to split the assignment outside of escrow...

@Itay Binyamin I have not actually used xencall but I have used other triple line dialers. I still manage all my leads outside the dialer using podio in my business.
