They don't teach you wholesaling. Amazing people and much respect to them and their success...

But that's not the way to do it... in my (not so) humble opinion.

All I see them do is telling others to go drive for dollars and to use bandit signs.

Let me make this ABUNDANTLY clear to everyone.

Wholesaling is getting a property under contract and then selling/assigning that contract to a back-end buyer.

THAT is wholesaling. NOTHING ELSE!

There is nothing to teach about wholesaling period.

Now, what makes wholesaling easier or lucrative, or ethical? LEAD GENERATION.

Anyone that tells you to go D4D or do DMM is not friggin teaching you how to do wholesaling! They are teaching you how to ask people if they want to sell their house. That is not lead generation and that is not wholesaling.

If I listened to ANYONE how to wholesaling I would still be in the same boat as most of you.

Do yourself a favor, stop idolizing people because they are known, and start thinking on your own!

Let me see anyone .. ANYONE get this: For free, without any effort, reliably, day in day out.

This resulted in this:

This house we bought for 10 dollars, ARV $250K+

You think you will have any difficulty wholesaling this blindfolded for $85K?

Nope...

Do you think anyone needs to teach you wholesaling if you got these kind of deals? For Pete's sake, buyers would kidnap you to get to the deal.

Stop asking how to wholesale and start looking into how to generate motivated seller leads.

None of these Gurus got it right, even if they think they do!

Tell me this. Why is it that EVERYONE is a self proclaimed expert master and guru, yet NO ONE is showing their leads come in.

They all show off their Lambos and mansions and checks, but  hell man, I don't need to see that. Show me your email account. Show me how many leads you are generating, show me, how much you spend on these leads, show me how often these so called leads tell you to buzz off, show me how many people you need to hire for all this to work. Stop making it seem like what you say works when SO many people still fail doing EXACTLY what they tell you to do!

I showed my leads right?

I showed my rankings right?

I show how it makes logical sense how I get my leads and my success. WHY am I the only one?!

Stop listening to people blindly and think on your own!

Let me show you what can happen when you go against the norm and use your own logic!
