We are looking to purchase a rental in So O. Cash Flow is very nice. But the question is will you get it. Does anyone have experience in this area?

@Steve Baldwin I was thinking something very similar in terms of agenda. I would suggest creating a Meet Up group on meetup.com. Not everyone will know to check BP.
