@Account Closed I never made it past the initial conversations. But I believe I spoke with someone in design over at snapadu. Had a couple prepackaged options for designing an ADU. Excellent customer service.

sounds like you are doing what you can with what you’ve got. A real estate agent will really be able to help with the comps. They will have better information about the comps that are selling as well as knowing geographical info such as which roads will affect resale. Continue to dig through the listings. The more you do, the more a good deal is going to stick out to you!

@Mark Frattini is my guy in San Diego. Extremely professional and knows the area inside and out. Not sure if you have a realtor in mind but I would hit him up!

Easy street capital

No experience and no knowledge are 2 very different things. I knew I wanted to invest for about a year before I purchased. Tons of books, podcasts, meetups etc. listen to the advice given on the forums. This is a friendly place full of people who want to see you succeed. Definitely start, but DEFINITELY do your homework first!

I don’t have any of those answers for you. But I am going through similar growing pains!

We are working on figuring out the tax benefits to being w2 employees of the Scorp doing the flips vs owner payouts.

Our general plan right now is 20% towards pay out and 80% back into the company right now. But it is a topic we revisit too often. Looking forward to seeing if anyone has any insight for us!

@Ka Vang you have come to the right place.  I would say education is the key to your goals.  I would definitely try to focus on something and learn as much as possible about it.  Because we are heading into some financially difficult times, I would concentrate on how to go after foreclosures, the next big wave.

Good Investing...

Would love to connect with you about going after foreclosures. I’ll have to track down your meetup! It’s my turn to make the drive.

Hello everyone! I'm from Socal in Riverside county and I hope to invest in surrounding Temecula area and out of state.

My goals are to obtain multiple rental properties and flip, wholesale ect. and do it all for financial freedom!

Although, I've been in the mortgage industry for over 12 years as a loan processor and I have my NMLS license #2304006 and am currently working on obtaining my real estate license; I'd rather be a full time real estate investor:)

Fun Fact about me is I love singing!  Looking forward to creating portfolios and some real experience in investing.  Any tips, tricks and starting out info is welcomed.  Thank you for this opportunity, ciao!

You are right to listen to @Joe Homs he is the man! I run a small local meetup in Temecula once a month if you want to meet a few local investors!

I was wondering if 15 year old kids would be allowed to come to the meet up

I don’t see why not! If you can be on bigger pockets you should be able to attend meetups!
