Hi All, I see enough interest in getting together a small group in the Temecula/Lake Elsinore area. I don't have a BP Premium account to create another topic/blog in this forum, so if you can do so please let us know.

Otherwise, let's plan to meet at Starbucks at 32271 Mission Trl., Lake Elsinore on Friday, March 8th at 2pm for a networking session with other RE folks in the area. Giving this a month to build up steam. Please spread the word.

Multifam doesn’t really exist in Temecula. Owning property in SD over the course of time will be a solid move. 4 unit and house hack it? Build up equity for the next rental move when the time comes?

ADU in Temecula/Murrieta area could be an option. I have a friend that rents homes by the room and does well in this area. Would take a long time, and a lot of people don't agree with burying the capital in an ADU. All depends on what you want I suppose.

Hi Christina,

I’m not sure what the rents support in Hemet (I am in Temecula just South) from what I hear it is very affordable and entry is a bit easier competition wise. One good thing about rents…they only go up. Good luck!
