Feel free to PM me with any specific questions.  I am a real estate agent, property manager, investor and contractor, and am happy to help answer your questions.  If you only want help to get the tenant in place, then yes, you can hire an agent to lease.  You would then be responsible for managing the tenants.  Cost is usually 1/2 months rent to a full months rent for lease up.  Depends on how hands on or hands off you want to be.  Let me know if this helps.

@Rob Beland  I have experienced this as well, and have been told by appliance repair companies and other local contractors that it is illegal to service these.  We are in the process of converting all gas on gas to another heating source such as baseboard.  We have been having LOTS of service calls for these older stoves so either way converting is the right move for our business model.  Feel free to call me if you need more info.

What is the projected repair cost to achieve the $700k+ ARV? I know that the cost to rehab in this market is high.

I agree with @Anthony Gayden. This deal cannot be accurately analyzed without knowing the condo fees, and property taxes.  Also, there may be additional charges for hotel type services.  @Account Closeddo you have more information regarding these types of properties, or a specific example to analyze?
