Newbie from Boston Ma.

Hey BP, My name is Marko Scretchen. I'm 41 years old married with two boys. I'm a union  Ironworker by trade in the Boston area. One day I  was online looking for any info on real estate investing, blogs, associations, and creative ways for financing. No matter where I went I kept seeing Biggerpockets( that was the slap upside the head moment). I finally went on the site and I'm glad I did. I like the fact that there are all levels of experience in this community and everyone is willing to share.

My goal is to buy and hold, to own multiple multi family properties and to eventually progress to small apartment buildings. 

Any advice for this newbie will be most appreciated. I'm willing to listen and eager to learn..
