4 Unit for Sale - Get it Before I List it! Worcester MA 01610

I will be listing this 4 family next week for $240,000 but am pre marketing it at a $20,000 discount before then. Needs some updates (sorry for the Realtor Speak!!) - but is priced accordingly. Owner bought 2 years ago as an uninhabitable REO and has made improvements to the 3 3-Bedroom units as well as hard wiring the smokes. 1 Bedroom is currently being gutted and rennovated and will be completed prior to closing. Owner is willing to work with you on improvements or remodeling if you have any requirements for getting financing, so this isn't your typical "as is - piss off" multi-family.

The City of Worcester currently has $750,000 in forgivable grants for updates/upgrades for clean air act as well as many other initiatives for investment property improvements. I'll be more than happy to help you apply.

Nice cash flow on this one so please let me know if you would like to check it out!
